  • Account Information: When you sign up using your email or phone number, we collect this information to create and secure your account. If you use Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email, and profile picture to personalize your experience.
  • Journal Entries & Content: We store your journal entries, including text and any uploaded images. This data is the core of your experience, allowing our AI to provide you with analysis and insights. It is always encrypted.
  • Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous data about how you interact with our app. This helps us understand what features are most useful and where we can improve, without identifying you personally.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Your Data

Our AI features require access to your journal content to provide analysis and insights. However, your data is never used to train or improve the underlying AI models of our service providers. Your thoughts remain yours alone.

4. Third-Party Services (Subprocessors)

We rely on trusted third-party services to provide our application:

  • Hosting & Database: Our application and data are hosted on Supabase, which uses secure cloud infrastructure (like AWS). Supabase is SOC 2 compliant, ensuring high security standards.
  • Authentication: We use Supabase Auth for handling logins, including email/password, phone, and Google Sign-In.
  • AI Services: Our AI features are powered by leading third-party providers who have strict data privacy policies and do not use API data for training their models.

We take your data security very seriously. Your content is encrypted both in transit (using TLS) and at rest (using AES-256). While no system is 100% secure, we implement industry best practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

  • Access and Deletion: You can access and delete your journal entries within the app. You can also request to delete your entire account.
  • Data Export: You have the right to export your journal data at any time.
